For brands needing something specific, we provide custom fabric development, working closely with you to create knitted fabrics that meet your exact requirements. Our sourcing approach balances creative vision, production feasibility, cost efficiency, and sustainability whenever possible.

By sourcing high-quality textiles from trusted mills and developing custom fabrics to match provided samples, we ensure consistency, precision, and high-quality results from sample to final production.

By determining the most suitable fit together with you, we integrate it into recommended product categories such as tees, hoodies, or pants, offering you a wide range of options.

We offer fabric dyeing services in black, white, and heather gray. Fabrics are dyed after knitting into rolls and before pattern cutting, while fully constructed garments can also be dyed using reactive dyes for long-lasting colors and excellent wash fastness.

Our printing options include:DTG: Inkjet technology for full-color, photo-like prints.Screen Print (Water-Based & Plastisol): Durable prints; water-based soaks in, plastisol sits on top for vibrant colors.Special Effects: Puff (3D), Halftone (gradient shading), Glitter (sparkling), Rubber (elastic raised), Flock (velvety texture).Hybrid Print: Screen print base for opacity and texture, topped with digital printing for detail.

‍Embroidery stitches thread directly onto the fabric, creating textured, long-lasting designs.
‍Patches are pre-made or laser-cut fabric pieces sewn onto garments, adding decorative and durable accents.

We offer three types of label materials: Polyester, Raw Cotton Canvas, and Woven Labels.

Labels can be applied in different ways according to your preference:

‍Inseam Loop: Placed under the neck tape.

‍Back Labels: Stitched on the left and right of the back.You can also provide your own trims, and we can integrate them into your garments.

‍Polyester – Durable and smooth, ideal for a modern look.

‍Raw Cotton Canvas – Natural texture for a premium, organic feel.

‍Woven Label – High-quality woven design for a refined and lasting finish.

Our 3D sampling process brings designs to life with accurate simulations of fabric drape, texture, and construction. In addition to rapid physical sampling, we provide advanced 3D sampling for faster, more efficient product development. This approach reduces waste, shortens lead times, and allows for precise design adjustments before moving into production, ensuring both speed and quality in every project.
